Ray's leadership, strategy, and management consulting experience distills leadership, operational excellence and business development into organizational successes. He brings over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in leadership development, strategy development, organizational planning and operations, IT integration and cybersecurity, and business development. 

His background includes senior leadership positions ranging from Fortune 100 companies to government agencies to business start-ups. He has grown and led teams of hundreds of people; mentored and coached senior leaders, team members and staff; led efforts that merged and rebranded companies; and his leadership development impact has successfully turned around struggling, demoralized organizations.

Ray holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is from the University of Texas at Austin Business Honors Program. His Master’s degree in Business Administration is from Texas State University.

We're a Dallas-based company that provides support across the country. Our name comes from the three forks that form the Trinity River before it flows into Dallas—the Clear Fork, the West Fork, and the Elm Fork. 

Ray is a United States Marine Corps veteran, with over 20 years of service. He retired from the Marines in 1999.
